I felt confident at all times that I was being listened to and every aspect was considered properly and fully and the subsequent advice was in the best interests of not only me and my daughter but with a view to keeping the ongoing contact my ex and I would have to maintain, amicable. There was non of the 'bear-baiting' you hear of and everything was conducted with authority and fairness. The process was explained fully to me at each stage and I was kept up to date with everything as it happened.
